German Dominance in Europe!!
i am a big time soccer fan as would have been evident from my earlier post!
i have been up watching the Champions league SF's the last two nights,the games start a little past midnight so i havent been getting decent sleep the last couple of days.
what games they have been though! Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund have anhilated the Spanish teams FC Barcelona and Real Madrid by scores of 4-0 and 4-1 respectively.
i love Real madrid for the way they play.they are not the most talented team in the world like barca or bayern but they scrap and fight and get results and one man is responsible for that is jose Mourinho!! he taught the world how to counter Barcelona's Tiki Taka Brand of football during a phase when Barca were almost invinsible.
it was sad to see the two spanish giants suffer such humiliating defeats but good to see new talent like Robert Lewandowski,Mario Gotze and Marco Reus
above- Lewandowski scoring the 4th goal for Dortmund from the penalty spot.he had the game of his life scoring all 4 goals and will no doubt be playing for another team next year for a big fat fee!
