A Sudan national Monday moved Punjab and Haryana High Court challenging the
guidelines of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) restricting single foreign
nationals and unmarried couples from coming to India for purposes of surrogacy
on medical visas.

well the matter is subjudice now,so i cannot somment much but hopefully things go back to the way they were before the order came into affect albeit with regulations and monitoring or all Surrogacy clinics.
