Pre - Implantation Genetic Screening or PGS is a process performed before the embryo is implanted in the uterus. The anomalies in the embryo are detected prior to being implanted in the uterus thus reducing the risks of giving birth to an abnormal child sharply.

Happy New Year!  I just thought I would drop you a line to update you on our little boy, Cosmo, and thank you once again for helping make our dream come true.  Despite his very shaky start to life he is doing well and his big sister adores him.  It is amazing to think we only started this journey a little over a year ago and he is already 5 months old.  Please thank everyone who made this happen and Satvinder for all his hard work with the paperwork.  We head to the UK in two weeks to start the parental order process so fingers crossed it will be ok.
