Success Rate of In Vitro Fertilisation in India

In vitro fertilization or IVF is one of the most popular alternatives for conceiving a child for couples who are unable to have one naturally. Single women and divorcees have been opting for IVF of late too. The success rate varies from patient to patient and also between clinics and hospitals.

However, the present rate of success for IVF happens to be in the range of 30% to 35% in India.
However at the Kiran Infertility Centre's in Hyderabad and bangalore patients enjoy unprecedented success with more than 70% of IVF patients being able to achieve pregnancy.

if you look at the offical numbers published
1) The pregnancy rate reduces to 32% for females aged 35-37
2) It is 23% for women in the age bracket 38 to 40
3) Government hospitals put the success rate of 40+ women at 9%
4) It dwindles to 2% for patients above the age of 45

however Kiran infertility centre has been able to better the figures at every stage with women over 40 enjoying a success rate between 40 % to 50%

How are you and the family keeping?

Sorry we haven't written in awhile.... But not a day goes by that we don't think of you, the clinic and the blessings you have given us.

They are 15months and so much fun! They chat to each other in their language. They both say a few words and understand what we are saying to them. They are both walking, but Leroy Jr is also a climber! On their Dr visits, they always come out as off the chart for height. They are 2.9ft tall and only 15months :) Soon they will be taller than me :)

They love all things food. They are big fans of rice and curry and don't mind eating spices. They started swimming lessons.... And I have attached a few pics of them at my sister's place in their pool.

We miss Hyderabad. We hope to see you and the family in Toronto someday.
