Why irregular periods occur in some women?
Irregular periods are a problem that affects a lot of women at different stages

Irregular periods can be indicative of a much more serious health issue. There

Some types of irregular menstruation or periods are Amenorrhea, Oligomenorrhea,
Dysmenorrhea and abnormal uterine bleeding.
There are certain indications that are linked to irregular periods. These
include:
1) Missing 3 or more menses or periods one after the other
2) Periods that tend to last for more than 7 days
3) Menstrual flow significantly lighter or heavier than common
4) Periods that cause cramping, discomfort, vomiting, pain and/or nausea
5) Bleeding and/or spotting that often happens between the periods, right after
having sex or menopause
