How pre-implantation genetic screening is beneficial in IVF treatment?

Preimplantation Genetic Screening (PGS) is suggested for couples undergoing fertility treatment. It is often used during the IVF process. It is used just before transferring an embryo or blastocyst into the uterus of the mother for implantation and progression of pregnancy.

Assisted Reproduction Technology Regulation bill 2020 as introduced in lok Sabha

As many would know that the Assisted Reproductive technology bill 2020 has been introduced in parliament

this bill envisages regularisation for ART clinic and ART banks in India and their functions. 

Ranging from registration to maintainance of records to maintaining a Registry of all patients undergoing ART procedures in India. it is an exhaustive piece of legislation and will now be discussed threadbare in both houses of parliament
