Blocked fallopian tubes will cause infertility?

Blocked fallopian tubes will cause infertility?
Approximately 25% of all female infertility cases can be linked to a problem with fallopian tubes.
If one or both fallopian tubes are blocked, the egg cannot reach the uterus, and the sperm cannot reach the egg, preventing fertilization and therefore, pregnancy – this condition is known as ‘tubal factor infertility’.
Hysterosalpingogram is an X-Ray procedure which is used to detect blocked fallopian tubes. It works by injecting colored dye through the cervix into the uterus cavity.
