Causes Of Ectopic Pregnancy
In a normal pregnancy, the egg attaches itself in uterus whereas an Ectopic pregnancy occurs when a fertilized egg attaches to any other organ apart from the uterus, most commonly in fallopian tubes.
Causes of ectopic pregnancy are:
1)Damage to fallopian tubes.
2)Pelvic Inflammatory Disease caused by infection from Chlamydia or Gonorrhea. 3)Formation of scar tissue in or around the fallopian tubes. 4)Some surgical procedures like surgery in the pelvic area
