signs of low sperm count in cases of male infertility

What are signs of low sperm count?

There is no reason for a man not to lead a normal life despite having a low sperm count. However, the decrease in total sperm count can affect ones reproductive life severely as the concerned patient is unable to become a father with not enough sperms being able to enter his partner’s body to promote fertilization.

While there is no obvious symptoms associated with the condition, a patient with abnormal chromosomes or hormonal imbalance along with varicocele may complain of the following:-

1) Low sex drive
2) Difficulty in obtaining and maintaining erection
3) Pain or swelling in the scrotum
4) Lack of facial hair and other physical features associated with males
5) Presence of antibodies that attack and kill sperms
6) Infections
7) Undescended testes
