you may still be able to conceive when only one ovary has been removed and the uterus
is left untouched . However, having both
the ovaries and the fallopian tubes removed will not result in normal
conception.
However in such
scenarios patients are advised to freeze their eggs before opting for surgery
or chemotherapy. With or without
fertility preservation IVF and or Surrogacy are a definite possibility to have
a baby
