Sperm count and motlity

Total Motile Count is the measure of a number of moving sperm in the ejaculate. There should be more than 20 million motile sperm in the ejaculate.

This is an important factor in determining male fertility. In a healthy specimen, about 50% or more of the sperm should be moving in forward motion.
