What causes Azoospermia in men?

 1% of all men may have azoospermia, a condition where there are no sperms found in the semen. This is

one of the main causes of male infertility found in almost 15% of infertile males who visit fertility clinics

along with their partner in hope of becoming a parent. 

 

While the condition remains without symptom and can be diagnosed only by means of tests, it is important to get yourself treated with the help of a fertility doctor at Kiran infertility centre, Bengaluru or other branches of KIC. Some of the reasons believed to cause azoospermia include:-

 

1) Abnormally low levels of male hormones being secreted

2) Infection due to epididymitis or urethritis

3) Having had orchitis as a child that caused your testes to become inflamed

6) Klinefelter’s syndrome

7) obstructive azoospermia caused by tubal blockage
